Returns and Shipping

 

APPOINTMENT ONLY BOUTIQUE RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

We accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for store credit and/or size exchange with in 14 days from the original purchase date. Tags must be in tact on each individual item. All sale items are final sale.

Shipping is free over $100! We ship everywhere within the United States.  Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship internationally. Shipment is packaged everyday and sent out every afternoon. Orders placed after 2pm will go out the next business day.  Couriers do not pick up on Sunday or Monday.  Any order placed after 2pm on Saturday, will not go out until the following Tuesday. 




RETURN PROCESS
Please understand that we are a small, local business.  We try to continually bring newness into our store daily.  Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is about 14 days. 

Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.  Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. We accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for store credit and/or size exchange with in 14 days from the original purchase date. Tags must be in tact on each individual item. All sale items are final sale.

Please email returns@aoboutique.com

Email us with your return and we will email you your return label once your return is approved. Print the label and ship back to us! The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order. 

Please note returns will only be accepted with the return label we issue. 

Please allow 7-14 days for processing online orders.

 

 

Shipping policy

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.  

Please note:  Standard shipping orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out.

Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping, and your order may take longer than usual to ship.

Postal Service Guarantees

  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 5-7 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for FedEx/UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact UPS OR FEDEX (which ever shipping company is emailed to you). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if UPS/FEDEX fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

UPS Guarantees: 

  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 3-5 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees.  If the item is not delivered in time, please contact UPS (1-888-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. 
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. 
  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
